Account Payment

Payment is required at the time of consultation for all services. We are unable to issue accounts to a third party unless in the instance that the third party is a business (eg. an employer) who has a previously arranged agreement with Southern Districts Sports Physiotherapy. EFTPOS and Credit Card facilities are available..

Private Health Insurance Rebates

All of our physiotherapists are registered with HiCAPS. This means that, if you are covered with your private health insurance fund for physiotherapy services, then you will be entitled to a rebate. Our clinic has HiCAPS facilities so that you can claim from your private health fund on the spot. Please be sure to contact your private health insurance company to find out what services you are covered for.
